  • Conditioning Training: Fridays @ 9am & Saturdays @ 10am or 10:30am *in studio and pending interest.
  • Group A: Ladies Strength: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6pm.
  • Group B: Ladies Strength: Mondays @7pm & Thursdays @ 7pm or Friday @ 6:30pm
  • Group C: Men's Strength: TBD upon interest.
